Trilogy Technologies Pte Ltd is a Singapore based, one-stop engineering turnkey and electronics


manufacturing services (EMS) solution provider. With in-house production facilities, Trilogy has the


expertise to conceptualize ideas to actual prototype, deployment manufacturing, and final product.


We provide services from designing PCB to fabrication to assembly, box-build and testing. Coupled with our ability and experience in cable harness, box-build and testing, we are able to provide customers with a full-turnkey one-stop engineering solution from their design phase to prototype and to mass production. Our in-house PCB designers are equipped to design 1-30 layers of Rigid PCB, semi-flex PCB and Flex PCB of strictest design rules, and out of various materials spanning from FR4, Rogers, Arlon, Taconic, Hybrid


and Aluminum based. Our in-house SMT machines ensures highest quality in absolute confidential environment.





Responsibilities


(Development)


Design PCB layout, electronics, and circuit design to meet customer needs and requirements Conceptualize, interpret, and generate ideas to drawings eg. AutoCAD Work closely with Mechanical designer, to conceptualize drawings as well Ensure drawings and design meet project schedule Manage project with cost effectiveness Liaise directly with customer on design requirements and criteria, manage enquiries Practical hands-on on machineries to execute projects, understand linkage between design and manufacturability Abide to safety compliance and upkeep of workstations cleanliness daily Design and work on company developmental projects, develop new technology/ products and plans Contribute towards product development; 2 - 3 new ideas each year on process improvement or new product(s)
(Testing)


Perform engineering testing and troubleshoot Develop and test functional samples, prototypes, and pre-series Work closely with teams involved, support process tests for the final accreditation
(Others)


Assist in production floor when volume of designing projects is low Ensure designs meet customers' expectations and requirements timely Ensure proper documentation on drawings and revisions Conceptualize mechanical drawings Practical hands-on on machineries to execute some projects Assist in production needs and provide support to R&D projects Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements


Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent preferred Similar experience to create drawings using relevant software Highly passionate, motivated, and team player individual A growth mindset with strong focus on end-to-end deliverable Proactive and focused on results with strong sense of responsibility and accountability Ability to work, interact and collaborate in a fast-paced environment * Can-do attitude, with curiosity and eagerness to learn
