Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Puts up project drawings details in PCMS system
- Updates the welding and piece code numbers accurately and timely into the system
- Creates PCMS user ID for QA/AC inspectors and sub-contractors
- Commuicates with QC Inspectors and IT to rectify and minimise preparation errors
- Creates piping and structural welder identification number
- Involves in welding and piece code amendments, and the transfer of drawing numbers in PCMS
- Attends to QA/QC inspectors and engineers requests and supports the accuracy of RT/ UT/ MP/ PMI/ MV/ Visual/ Fit-up
- Min 3 years of working experience in data entry environment preferably in QA/QC and/ or in Oil & Gas
- Familar with PCMS and Microsoft Word/ Excel
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
