Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with performance testing status updates and help define testing strategies and schedules.
• Maintain the performance test schedule and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of tests.
• Identify potential risks during performance test execution and escalate them to the Project Manager, proposing solutions where possible.
• Support product principals and testing vendors in implementing and fixing test automation scripts.
• Work alongside Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads to address and discuss infrastructure and solution gaps.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of test data generation tools.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of custom performance test tools, primarily using C# and AWS Cloud solutions.
• Help develop reporting solutions for collecting performance testing metrics.
• Support the maintenance and review process of the Performance Test Plan.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in performance testing or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with enterprise application development and application performance testing.
• Experience in SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in C# development and familiarity with Visual Studio.
• Understanding of AWS Cloud platform.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade batch job development.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to work off-hours when necessary to meet project timelines.
