PEGA Application/Business Architects (Associate Manager - Associate Director) Home Country: Singapore Work Location & Arrangement: Flexible Critical Success Factors: * 10years' experience and above in System Integrator (SI) PEGA Application/Business Architects (Associate Manager - Associate Director) Home Country: Singapore Work Location & Arrangement: Flexible Critical Success Factors: 10years' experience and above in System Integrator (SI) environment, and certified Pega LSA Past experience as a solution architect, application architect, or enterprise architect At least 8 years of experience in delivery (hands on in the development, architecture design, codes QA etc) Key responsibilities may include: Be part of the Singapore's Pega Practice to support inhouse development capabilities and delivery oversight and to project teams Provide guidance to project team on the translation of application requirements to development Provide leadership on the architecture / application design Provide leadership in the framework and rules design (including codes review and quality assurance) Provide leadership in the performance framework and system set up resiliency Provide thought leadership within own area of responsibility and expertise. Provide coaching to the team and assist in troubleshooting or debugging when required Provide work estimation to development objects (i.e. requirements), and also support in the solution to optimize development effort All our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
