Job Description
Job Scope:
- Meeting with business managers to discuss the company's BPM (business process management) application needs.
- Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.
- Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
- Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
- Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
- Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Conducting system performance tests.
- Maintaining the security of all system applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in the technology sector.
- Proven work experience as a Pega Developer with at least 3 years experience.
- Achieved Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in version 8.5 or above.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
