Up to $7,000 depending on experience

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: Competitive Completion Bonus: 1 month upon completion of 12-month contract Transport Allowance: Fixed $300 monthly with CPF contribution Annual Leave: 18 days (earned leave, non-cumulative)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Application Developer with advanced proficiency in Pega to design, build, and configure applications that meet business requirements. This role requires a hands-on developer who can provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and contribute to team and cross-team decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative Pega application solutions to enhance user experience and meet client needs. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure application functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement. Lead team decisions and provide solutions to technical challenges within your team and across multiple teams. Engage in Design & Build Enablement,Configuration, and Release Management processes (advanced proficiency preferred).

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Pega development. Pega CSA certified. Strong understanding of Pega Platform and its capabilities. Proven experience in mentoring or leading a development team is an advantage.
