Work within a self-organising and diverse Agile/Scrum Team . Possess suitable skills as a team necessary to create a product increment. . Design, develop and maintain software applications based on enterprise architecture and re-usable modules . Carry out business process mapping, data modelling and/or UX design with business users when required . Carry out data migration, service/change requests, and/or answer end-user queries when required . Write, fine-tune, unit-test, review and document software codes to meet business and performance needs Requirements: . 6 to 10 years in IT industry . Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer and . Minimum 2 years of experience in Scrum/Agile environment . Excellent technical background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Experience in any development skills (example Java, C++ or DotNet) . Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline . Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred . Solid understanding on workflow/ business process management or case management software and . Committed and self-motivated to support IT systems beyond normal office hours . Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge on Agile practices Good to have: . Experience developing using Visual Models, Low Code Platforms, Rapid Application Development or Case Management tools, e.g. IBM BPM, Pega Platform, Appian, Mendix, Bluemix, Caspio, KiSSFLOW, Zoho Creator, etc and Business Process Modelling, e.g. Mega Hopex, preferred. . Experience in Data Modelling & ETL, UX Design or Data Migration, Mobile Applications development, SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects, preferred.
