Pega Solution Architect (cplsa)

Job Description




What we are looking for:



A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA). Deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, case management frameworks, and business process management principles. Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing Pega solutions using Pega Platform, Case Management, and Decision Management capabilities. Experience with Pega Cloud services and deployment models. Experience in migrating Pega on-premise applications to Pega Cloud, including assessment, planning, and execution of cloud migration strategies. Experience in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade Pega applications and integrations. Experience with integration frameworks such as REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and enterprise service buses. Proficiency in Pega development tools, Java, JavaScript, and database technologies including SQL. Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with the Customer's technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack). Solid understanding of server-side development, Service Oriented Architectures, web services and public web sites / eservices development Solid technical skills and the ability to leverage them to determine the best solution to a technical problem. Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution. Results and customer-oriented mindset Strong organization and people handling skills.

Preferred requirements:



Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Pega deployments. Experience with implementing Pega security frameworks, role-based access control, and compliance management. Familiarity with government systems and government policies relating to digital services, data governance, and cybersecurity. Experience in public sector case management, citizen services, or regulatory compliance domains will be an advantage
