Join an international law firm as a People Advisor supporting their Asia offices on a renewable 12-month contract. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across recruitment, performance, employee relations, reward, payroll and wellbeing.

Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development. Advise leaders on performance, conduct and employee relations. Assist with reward processes, payroll and HR reporting. Promote employee well-being and ensure smooth leave and return-to-work processes. Ensure compliance with local employment, payroll and immigration regulations.

5 - 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in professional services or a law firm. Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations in Asia. A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for supporting people.
Work closely with business leaders, gain exposure to multiple HR functions, and make a real impact on the employee experience.
