Advise leaders on performance, conduct and employee relations.
Assist with reward processes, payroll and HR reporting.
Promote employee well-being and ensure smooth leave and return-to-work processes.
Ensure compliance with local employment, payroll and immigration regulations.

5 - 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in professional services or a law firm.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations in Asia.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for supporting people.
Work closely with business leaders, gain exposure to multiple HR functions, and make a real impact on the employee experience.
