How you succeed

As a data analytics expert, you will drive and empower Business leaders and HR teams to leverage on People data in strategic planning and analysis projects.

You will actively partner with leaders across the HR Division and the Business to integrate data into decision making and influence people strategy. You will also perform research and analyses on a broad spectrum of people issues and across regional talent markets.

As part of the People Analytics & Engagement team, you will also work together with other analytics business partners, product managers and data engineers to drive data innovations and provide business relevant solutions to drive the HR strategic objectives.

What you do

\xc2\xb7 Understand business needs and requirements. Scope data requests, synthesise insights and recommend solutions to key business leaders and partners in collaboration with other members of the People Analytics team.

\xc2\xb7 Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to see beyond numbers and help influence and support our HR initiatives and decisions.

\xc2\xb7 Investigate ways to measure and visualize people topics and issues to build a business relevant, self service data environment to communicate insights and organization health.

\xc2\xb7 Manage multiple concurrent stakeholders and projects across the region

\xc2\xb7 Deliver analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences

\xc2\xb7 Leverage data tools, such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Workday and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self service on routine queries

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate exceptional judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data

Qualifications

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, management consulting, finance, marketing or other HR related fields focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of statistical analysis eg. descriptive statistics, quantitative research and experience in gathering and interpreting data

\xc2\xb7 Experience working across various levels of an organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data visualization principles and tools such as Python, SQL, Workday, PowerBI, Qlikview

\xc2\xb7 Experience in building solutions and dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau and advanced Excel

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced, demanding environment.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in organization psychology, behavioural studies and sentiment analysis is a plus
