Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a People Analytics & Compensation Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Responsibilities
Analyze compensation data regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain detailed payroll and compensation reports for regulatory and leadership needs.
Act as the main contact for payroll and HRIS queries, ensuring excellent employee support.
Oversee HR systems to maintain data integrity for payroll and employee records.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and/or compensation benchmarking tools.
Proficient in data analysis and generating accurate reports with high attention to detail.
