Our focus is on growing the business by enabling People Operations team and Leaders in making data driven decisions on people matters.We need you to be a do-er, and when you find interesting questions, you never let them sit for long without answers. You examine the available data from the lens of proactively thinking about the needs of our stakeholders and the business, anticipating business needs and staffing trends.Our techstack: BigQuery, Python, Github, Looker Data StudioMain Responsibilities:

• Create and execute analytical models aimed at producing HR insights with global significance, aiding decision-making and strategic planning for the business.
• Identify and put into action pivotal performance indicators for People Operations.
• Design applicable metrics and dashboards not just for performance monitoring, but to produce actionable insights that decision makers can use to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization.
• Work with the stakeholders to answer strategic questions that will affect the long-term goals of the business.
• Develop ETL pipelines within a robust framework that is highly automated and does not require a large team to maintain and monitor.
• Understand when speed is more important than accuracy in arriving at an analytical result for the business to make a decision.
• Enable our key stakeholders to improve their understanding and analytical power.

\xe2\x80\x8eRequirements

• Must possess a strong inclination towards HR strategy and a deep understanding of business needs. Demonstrate robust analytical abilities, including proficiency in solving ambiguous problems. Capable of identifying strategic opportunities and leveraging data to offer insightful solutions.
• Experience in collaborating with people outside your domain to deliver impact.
• Knowledge and experience in human resources domain is required.
• Familiarity with Workday system would be preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in driv people analytics.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheet, SQL, and R/Python.
• Dashboarding experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Looker Studio).
• Prior experience in working on BigQuery.
• Bachelor degree majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computers/Informatics, Engineering, or Economics is a plus.
