This role is a strategic People Business Partner supporting leaders driving ResMed's digital supply chain transformation. Acting as a chief-of-staff-style integrator for the Supply Chain PBP team, the role provides coordination, workforce insight, and operational discipline, while enabling AI adoption, capability development, global site archetype design, and future workforce planning.
The role focuses on translating transformation needs into practical people solutions, partnering closely with People Business Partners, the Talent team, and leaders across Supply Chain, QARA, and Finance to support org design, capability uplift, workforce strategy shifts, and new digital ways of working. It also plays a key role in building global templates and site archetypes to standardize how we scale and enable supply chain sites around the world.
