Let\xe2\x80\x99s start with this: this is not an HR role. Reapra is looking for People Development Interns to help develop completely new and innovative systems to find, engage, and nurture potential founders in their discernment of the complex and challenging decision to start a business.
The role involves supporting a creative, multidisciplinary project that focuses on creating effective and safe systems of sourcing and supporting candidates looking to start a venture. It requires iteration through learning by doing and does not rely on traditional technical skills or best practices. It requires the balance of looking at data from several angles while creating empathetic dialogue with candidates looking to know more about Reapra and how it compares to their own life goals. It may on one day include quick and experimental market outreach through PR, events and marketing activities and the next day include spending quality time with a candidate in mapping out an approach to deciding on becoming an entrepreneur. Who knows, might one day find yourself on the other end of a process you co-developed!
