This will start off as a 8-month contract role
Office Location: MBFC
We are looking to hire a contractor (Analyst rank) to support people engagement priorities across a 600+ staff, and provide ad hoc support, including management reporting/reviews and annual budgeting.ResponsibilitiesPeople Engagement & Communications:
Support skip-level meetings over 3 locations. Responsibilities include booking venues, communications, pre-session set up at various locations, liaising with vendors, online surveys, and follow-ups.
Support biannual townhalls (physical and virtual). This includes booking of venues, event planning and coordination.
Support publishing of quarterly staff newsletter focused on customer obsession, control, people, success stories, and sustainability.
Support bimonthly IDEATE review to nominate and award the best pitch from our staff. Responsibilities include communication, consolidation of ideas, organizing the review and post review administration.
Support annual Employee Engagement Survey. This includes data analysis to generate insights identify areas of focus for follow-up action.
Support curated employee engagement activities e.g., wellness, volunteering (PoP), staff appreciation, support People Champ with team engagement, sustainability, diversity & inclusion (SDI).
Design and publish content (e.g., eDMs, newsletters, infographics, videos) that is relevant, personalized and targeted for employees.
Maintain and organize key event materials e.g., slide decks, survey responses, verbatims, newsletters, videos on Intranet.
Support quarterly Strategy Review on staff engagement, Future Ready Workforce (FRW) & HR matters. This includes data extraction/cleansing/transformation, checks/reconciliation, and preparation of tables/charts/commentaries in slide decks.
Ad Hoc BAU Support (As Required):
Support weekly Volume and MTK reporting. This includes data extraction/cleansing/transformation and preparing Excel for email distribution.
Support weekly hiring status reporting. This includes update of hiring status, data reconciliation and preparation of Excel working files.
Support weekly 3-month headcount projection reporting. This includes update of hiring status, headcount projection, data reconciliation and preparation of Excel working files.
Support monthly Financial and Headcount Review, Country Cadence Review & Monthly Forecast. This include pre & post review admin (booking venues, set up logistics & minutes), data extraction/cleansing/transformation, checks/reconciliations, and preparation of tables/charts/commentaries in slide decks.
Support annual budget planning for Y2025. This includes refresh of budget data, data analysis and preparation of materials in budget slide decks.
The Talent:
Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business planning, employee experiences, engagement and communications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to perform data analysis using pivot tables, advanced formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to create presentation slides from Excel tables/charts.
Proficient in content creation e.g. eDMs, newsletters, videos
Previous working experience in banking industry and /or same capacity is a plus.
