ABOUT JANIO Janio is a cross-border smart logistics solutions provider in Southeast Asia (SEA), connecting merchants, logistics partners, and major industry players across the globe. As we advance towards building this integrated end-to-end logistics network of key players, our evolving data-intelligent platform will empower SEA\xe2\x80\x99s ecommerce businesses to scale quickly and reliably. Our platform will look to use AI and machine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management, and dynamic forecasting \xe2\x80\x94 to build Southeast Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading logistics network. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES People Operations:

  • Be involved in the coordination and driving of key initiatives for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, people operations, payroll, and other functional scope of work
  • Work closely with the People Team to implement best practices and processes
  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day people operations, such as planning for company events, learning programs, administrative matters and maintaining a great work environment
  • Be the first point of contact for people issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment-related issues for employees reporting to the various countries we operate in
  • Sphere head relevant learning interventions for employees based on their learning needs
  • Manage the day-to-day people operations and follow-ups of discussions
  • Support the team in any assigned people, admin and ad-hoc tasks
Employer Branding:
  • Maintain and further develop positive employer brand image via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events etc;
  • Continuously produce new content for on- and offline platforms, such as employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, internal communication portals etc whilst also effectively managing all of our online branding channel;
  • Evaluate employer branding performance and strategy effectiveness through right metrics;
  • Established relationships with potential partners to deploy employer branding strategies, eg. platforms, external organizations, and communities;
  • Utilize modern tools to HR such as SEO, viral video content etc to build unique and relevant traffic driving channels
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events such as company visits, career fairs etc.
  • Partner with People Team in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions etc, ensuing our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Background in Business, Human Resource, Psychology, or any other relevant fields of study
  • Min. 4 years of working experience in People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to details
  • A proactive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to take initiative
  • Proficient working knowledge of computer systems, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and have an eye for details
