Responsible in creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding
Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation, regulations and company policies
Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, Re-employment, Assignment Letters etc
Support in work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and replacement
Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience
Participate in User Acceptance Tests during changes in the applications and processes
Automate and improve existing processes in the department
Troubleshoot incidents with IT and RPA developers, and handle exception cases
Prepare reports and dashboards
Handle queries from People Partners and other departments
Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operations
