This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of People; a high energy and people-centric leader; in which you will provide strategic and commercially astute HR advice and support to the Singapore leadership team. Working closely with the CoE at Group, you will have a passion for talent management and development as you implement programmes across all cohorts at all career stages. You will also support learning as they embed a continuous learning culture supported by customised tech.
We are looking for a passionate people person who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be able to demonstrate how you have implemented people aligned change and development programmes and the net benefit of this to your current/prior organisation. A lateral and innovative thinker, you will want to question and challenge with a ‘can we do better’ mindset as the firm progresses towards their goal of being recognised as an “employer of choice” on the global stage.
