This person will be working under two group of IT Technology+ mobile network - Hands on implementing and architecting network firewalls, network security settings. Came with a background exp in conducting training for technology n network. - Specialise mobile network, technology combined with MEC, cloud technologies. - Open for overseas candidates. - Immediate joiner to 1 month Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with various stakeholders to understand technical training requirements and co-create competency framework, skills proficiency level development, learning curriculum and required certifications to fulfil training requirements for Group IT (GIT) and Group Technology Network (GTN) \xe2\x80\xa2 Consolidate ICT-related training requirements, build synergies between GIT and GTN and identify career tracks in the respective ICT domain area \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and curate career progression pathways for employees according to current and future competencies and proficiency levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-design and create a structured programme to attract and develop young engineers into technical specialists for GIT and GTN \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidelines and advices on tools for ICT-related skill assessments conforming to industry standards and IMDA ICT Skills Framework \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify current and future technology development and trending studies and insights, incorporate forward-looking training and development cycle into career progression roadmaps, source for internationally accredited training provider(s) and prepare Singtel Tech leaders to seize early opportunities for future businesses \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in tender for a digital learning platform, including preparing tender documents, evaluating vendors and integration with current systems Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in a relevant technical field \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Technical Trainer or someone who has acquired a broad range of Professional Technical Certifications (eg. AWS, Google, VMware, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as technical trainer or technical training consultant \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in designing technical course content \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to address training needs with recommendation on relevant courses \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a sharp business acumen \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly proficient in planning, organising and operationalising development strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to meet tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to engage, influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and multiple stakeholders across all levels in a fast-paced, high-touch and high-tech environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical, resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic, passionate, affinity for continuous improvement
