An employer of choice, this FMCG market leader is renowned for their product offerings and progressive talent management practices. To support business needs with the evolving consumer landscape, they are now seeking a Performance Analytics Director to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

As the pioneer hire, you will build and lead the Performance Analytics function for their Asia Pacific operations. You will be actively involved in establishing and deploying analytical dashboards, applications and tools to drive business insights and decisions. In addition, you will partner the Finance team to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives and investments. High performing individuals can look forward to rotation/ secondment opportunities.

Requirements

You are a data analytics/ data science professional with a strong foundation in marketing analytics, ideally gained with blue-chip consumer/ technology/ eCommerce organisations. Proficiency in SQL is essential for success. You have a proven track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, perceptive and enterprising.
