A. Event & Performance Coordination



Plan, coordinate, and execute company performances, events, and cultural programmes from preparation to completion. Liaise with internal teams, artists, partners, and vendors (local and overseas, including China-based collaborators) to ensure smooth event and performance operations. Assist in preparing event proposals, production schedules, and administrative documentation such as service contracts and agreements. Oversee ticketing processes, RSVP management, and audience engagement initiatives, including feedback collation and post-event reporting. Coordinate logistics for performances and events -- including venue booking, rehearsal scheduling, transportation, accommodation, and equipment setup. Provide on-site support during events and performances, ensuring seamless execution and resolving any operational issues promptly. Work closely with the communications team to support publicity, promotional materials, and programme booklets where required. #

B. Administrative & Office Support



Maintain accurate databases of company members, volunteers, and students. Assist management in disseminating event information, updates, and notices to relevant stakeholders. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including procurement, correspondence, and office coordination. Support preparation of internal and external meeting materials; record and circulate meeting minutes. Assist with grant-related submissions, record keeping, and documentation for events and performances. * Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, including administrative support during peak production periods.
