• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in Performance Management or Compensation portfolios \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong conceptual, operational, and systems thinking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and attentive to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced proficiency in Excel software \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in Public Sector HR or SAP HR system would be advantageous Successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Senior Manager/ Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
