If you are strong in delivering and developing exciting integrated media solutions while managing the day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and reporting requirements to meet client objectives, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft, present and align media performance strategy with client to drive campaign objectives; leads and conversions
  • Manages the daily workflow of all bottom funnel campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
  • Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and retargeting to drive leads and conversions.
  • Work with Director and Integrated manager to develop and propose full-funnel campaigns to client
  • Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying and planning
  • Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
  • Lead on day to day running of bottom funnel campaigns of the account
  • Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organization
  • Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
  • Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing role (ideally within an advertising agency)
  • Strong communication and client management experience
  • Strong Experience using 3rd party ad serving platforms including DV360 and The Trade Desk and social platforms; Facebook Business Manager
  • A depth of knowledge in paid social & programmatic both operational and planning
  • Analytically minded with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior executives
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Apt knowledge & understanding of traditional and digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking, and brand safety
