Building a team of Performance Experts
All JLL employees on the account, across all countries, are \xe2\x80\x98Performance Champions\xe2\x80\x99. These individuals are your eyes, your ears and the actionists. Building strong relationships with the JLL Campus and Site Leads will help you to achieve your performance goals.
Risk Avoidance
With significant Fee-at-Risk versus KPI performance, the monitoring of the KPI scorecards alongside the manpower skillsets will be of the highest priority. Through desktop exercises, you will support the Regional Team in identifying the gaps in our performance and you will make recommendations regarding how best we will ensure no repetition.

Passion for service
Do you have a prior work experience in Quality Audits, Quality Assurance, Facilities/Property Management. Are you a Lean Practitioner and Trainer. A previous experience Workplace Experience, Quality Assurance and Occupational Safety 7 Health would set you apart from other applicants. We want you to be passionate about the environment within which we work, always seeking perfection.
Facilities Quality Champion
Do you have a prior experience in demonstrating competency in using Quality Management Systems (QMS). Team Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role is also one of the things you need to succeed in this role.
