Performance Marketer
to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns with the goal of driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and sales. You'll work closely with our in-house creative and e-commerce teams to align performance goals with brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Analyze data and performance metrics to improve
ROAS
,
CPA
, and
conversion rates
Set up A/B tests for creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages
Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights
Manage advertising budgets and scaling strategies
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall goals
Explore new performance marketing channels and tactics

Requirements
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in
digital or performance marketing
, preferably in e-commerce
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
platforms
Experience using
Google Analytics
, UTM tracking, and basic conversion tracking
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in the
luxury, fashion, or jewelry
sector is a plus
