Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Collaborate with content, product, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across the site.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Paid Media (Search & Social)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
Design A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Leverage audience segmentation and remarketing to improve targeting precision.
Work with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and performance assets.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets for dashboards and insights.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and continuously refine campaign strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven results in SEO and Paid Media.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance platforms.
Good knowledge of SEO tools.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience working in or with Fintech, Finance, or regulated industries is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
