Role Description
This is a flexible remote role for a Performance Marketer - you and us will decide the working arrangement aka we are open for contract/full-time/part-time whichever works!
The Performance Marketer will oversee the planning, development, and execution of performance-driven marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include optimizing digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising platforms, analyzing campaign performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. The candidate will also work cross-functionally to implement innovative marketing initiatives, report measurable outcomes, and contribute to scalable growth strategies.
Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and PPC Campaigns
• Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics, including Google Analytics and A/B testing
• Solid experience with campaign optimization, budget management, and ROI analysis
• Familiarity with SEO strategies, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing (or - what else works? Is SEO dead?)
• Strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and marketing technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (preferred - or proven record in the field)
• Experience in B2B marketing, employee engagement, or insurtech industries is a plus
