Lead performance marketing analytics--track, analyze, report, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and validate tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4) to ensure accurate attribution.
Build dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Excel) to surface key insights.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
Recommend audience targeting, bidding, and budget shifts.
Liaise with creative, SEM, and SEO teams to align strategy and execution.
Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
4+ years in performance marketing/data analytics
Expert in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools
Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4
Strong analytical mindset and clear communication
Passion for education and working in a fast-paced environment
