We are launching a brand-new vertical, a major expansion alongside Singapore's No.1 Baby & Parenting ecosystem (Mummys Market).
We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Performance and Marketing personal who can build this vertical from day one, shape the brand, and drive growth across digital channels.
This is NOT a junior role. This is for someone who is high-performing, resourceful, and highly experienced in performance marketing and content strategy.
What You Will Lead:
You will be the marketing engine behind our new vertical, responsible for:
1. Performance Marketing & Ads
Deep expertise in Meta Ads, including audience building, campaign optimization, and scaling
Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, lead gen, and ROAS-driven campaigns
Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
2. Content Strategy & Execution
Spot strong ideas and convert them into content that resonates
Plan a solid content calendar across IG/FB/TikTok
Create engaging content (written, visual, short-form video ideas)
Oversee posting, optimisation, and engagement strategy
3. Creative & Brand Building
Develop a consistent brand identity and voice for our new Home vertical
Craft compelling messages for home brands, merchants, and homeowners
Propose creative angles, hooks, and storylines for campaigns
4. Strategic Planning
Understand market trends and buyer behaviour (new homeowners, reno stage, etc.)
Build launch strategies, partnership ideas, and go-to-market plans
Work closely with our Director of Growth on major campaigns and events
5. Data-Driven Decisions
Track performance, optimise campaigns, and hit KPIs
Analyse data from Meta, CRM, and content insights to drive decisions
