In Singapore, Page counts 2 offices, over 150 people and growing! We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.



  • Manage and execute all internal Paid Media campaigns across both search engines and social media end-to-end including optimising all PPC activity, bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking
  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate paid search results and campaign performance across the major channels (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, Baidu, Yahoo)
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with campaign KPI's
  • Create paid campaign proposals, provide direction and instil best practices for paid campaigns across APAC
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Work closely with CRM team on the qualification of leads from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.
  • Coordination of paid media campaigns and strategies across Asia Pacific
  • Work along-side the agency to ensure all campaigns are executed in a timely manner
  • Assist team as required with the delivery of regional SEO and Marketing strategies
  • Assist Digital Media Manager as required on regional digital projects/tasks

The Successful Applicant


  • About 2 years of experience in performance marketing is required to handle end-to-end campaign autonomously
  • Good ability to communicate (written/verbal), to successfully present to various stakeholders
  • Experience in paid media - SEM and Social Media marketing a must
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media and CRO best practices
  • Previous exposure to SEM campaigns in Baidu and/or Yahoo is a plus
