Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services and office facilities management
Ensure safe and clean office environment
Handle stationery and pantry supplies, collect mails, manage incoming and outgoing mail
Arrange local and overseas courier shipments
Preparation of expense reports, including collation and submission
Assist with business travel bookings and visa applications
Welcome/ receive guests and attend to guests when required
Attend to all calls promptly, forward and take messages politely
Attend to other ad-hoc duties as directed
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Prior experience supporting large teams
Proactive, responsible, resourceful and independent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible attitude/ driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
Team player
