Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a half-day position with the following responsibilities:


Data entry and verification of documents Assisting in the distribution of employee welfare benefits Maintaining leave records Assisting with reimbursement application submissions Handling other ad hoc clerical tasks

Requirements


----------------

Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to use the company's internal management system in both English and Chinese Prior admin experience is a plus but not mandatory

Working Hours


-----------------

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
