You will be a trusted right hand, helping manage day-to-day tasks, client communications, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and responding to emails
Maintain and organise confidential financial records and client documentation
Assist with preparation of reports
Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently
Qualifications:
At least a Diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
Background or understanding of insurance
