Description Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 5 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes. We are looking for an individual who are mature and responsible who is able to handle both the studio branch and our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving members/visitors and assisting with checking into the classes they booked

  • Attending to phone calls, emails and other related Front Desk duties

  • Handle booking, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors

  • Collection of outstanding membership fees

  • Admin duties, filing, scanning documents. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel

  • All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

  • Maintaining studio cleanliness, sanitising mats and props after each class ends.

Requirements

  • Highly energetic individuals, physically fit, cheerful personality with a strong interest in the wellness industry
  • Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team work.
  • Love meeting people and interacting. Not shy and bubbly personality
  • Have initiatives and always eager to do your best. Willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background, with experience in handling front desk and admin duties.
  • Able to start first week of April

Location: Upp Thomson Road Time: 7am-1pm Those who are flexible and able to work on weekends or cover evening shifts will be an advantage.
