Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To study and be familiar with equipment layout, planning, schematics, sectional drawings for tender and current projects
- Able to coordinate & liaise with consultants / sub-contractors
- Able to generate and review drawings and plans
- Supervise project sites.
- Coordinate with the sub contractors and clients
- Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications
- Handle cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
- To liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects & Suppliers
- Coordinate site activities, daily progress reports and able to supervise a group of contractors
- Responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction or related industries
- Professional certificate in construction or quantity surveyor would be an advantage
