Permanent Speech Therapist

Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments at admission, review, and discharge stages. Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered therapy plans with measurable goals. Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately. Communicate assessment results, therapy goals, and discharge plans to clients and stakeholders. Recommend suitable assistive devices and support community reintegration as needed.

Administrative & Program Responsibilities

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Support the planning, development, and review of clinical programs and services. Supervise and train Therapy Assistants. Engage in continuous professional development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Project Details

5 full days per week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Projected Commencement: FY2025/2026 Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore ) Senior therapists are welcome to apply
