Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and implement project specific Permits, License and approvals management processes and describe it in the Permits, Licenses and approvals plan.
  • Operates independently from the project organization.
  • Contact point for Permits, Licenses and approvals.
  • Reports related to Permits, Licenses and approvals in monthly progress meeting.
  • Responds adequately and without any delay in all requirements and/or request from the permitting/licensing authorities and Company.
  • Fulfils the terms and conditions in Permits, Licenses etc. obtained by the Company as well as the terms and conditions in Permits, Licenses etc. obtained by contractors such as preparation, application and approval of working plans, pilling plan, lighting plans, calamity plans etc..
  • Coordination with stakeholders to discuss any related to permit
  • Complies with all public laws approvals, respectively planning approvals and private and public law license agreements that will be obtained by Company.
  • Provides all information and documents required to the Company who will submit them to the relevant authorities in order to obtain these Company\'s permits, licenses and approvals.
  • Supports the Company with regard to all subsequent obligations, such as notifications, provisions and information obligations following the actual granting of the approval and license agreement.
  • Prepares and submit draft plans to the Company for review in accordance with the agreements made in KOM with Company and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders who involved in the process for obtaining contractors permits, licenses and approvals.
  • Identifies all the applicable permits and/or authorizations exhaustively and shall ensure the timely, complete and affective receipt of all permits or authorizations required for the performance of works.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any engineering or other disciplines
  • Minimum 7 of working experience in related field
  • Possess good computer knowledge
  • Good experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas , Offshore Renewables & System
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to commit over time as and when required.
