Responsibilities:
To assist the CEO & his family with their personal needs
Arranging family travel, visas and accommodations
Planning of travel itinerary
Organizing engagements & family events
Coordinating with vendors
Managing contacts and calendars; and
Running errands to pick-up/drop-off, etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 to 4 years' experience in similar capacity
Outstanding organizational & time management skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, schedule and prioritize daily
Proactive and independent
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
