Provide day to day secretarial & administrative support
Taking minutes of meetings, scheduling and coordinating meetings/ appointments.
Collate reports and presentation and assist in keeping records of documentations.
Prepare and handle confidential and sensitive documents
Screening of calls, assist on documentations
Point of contact for business travel arrangement for Company
Assist the CEO on their personal matters
Manage company events and business travel arrangements.
Manage CEO's diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in any disciplines from a local recognised tertiary institution
Min. 3-5 years of prior related secretarial support experience
Proficient in PowerPoint skills, MS teams, excel
Possess good business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude
Good with stakeholder management
