Summary of the Role:
We are seeking for discreet and highly organized Personal Assistants to support a new Single Family Office with a blend of professional, personal, and household responsibilities.
This role requires a high level of trust, flexibility, and the ability to manage confidential matters while coordinating diverse tasks across business, family, and lifestyle domains.
The successful candidate will act as a key support, ensuring the seamless management of schedules, travel, communications, and personal affairs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including business meetings, family appointments, and personal engagements, with careful prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements for the principal and family, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visas.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by managing emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on behalf of the principal.
  • Assist in organizing both business-related and personal events, such as meetings, conferences, and social engagements.
  • Prepare confidential documents, reports, presentations, and ensure materials are organized for meetings and appointments.
  • Liaise with internal staff, advisors, service providers, and external parties on various family and business matters.
  • Oversee personal errands and household logistics, including appointments, deliveries, and maintenance coordination.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive personal and business matters.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years & above experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within a family office or private household setting.
  • Familiarity working with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost integrity and sensitivity.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.
