You\'ll be responsible for providing full secretarial support to the Director & the team. Our client is in the financial industry and they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director & the team.
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, and administrative support to those within the same team.
Plan and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
Record meeting minutes, track and follow up on action items, and projects status.
Travel and hotel accommodation arrangements.
Compile data and consolidate weekly reports.
Ensure expenses are properly classified and accounted for.
Attend external meetings and events with the Director.
Manage correspondences and disseminate important information across the organisation.
Work closely with other teams and committee members.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
At least a Diploma in any discipline
Min 3 years of experience in Administrative function
Experienced working in a shared service environment, maintaining employee data.
Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure
