Job Description

  • Booking and arranging travel and transport
  • Managing the calendar of events and appointments
  • Liaising with business partner and clients
  • Perform data entry, filing and verifying documents
  • Maintain and keep proper records of confidential documents
  • Assist and support the employer in daily administrative functions
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Responsive to calls, messages and emails
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Proficient in microsoft office applications (e.g word, powerpoint and excel)
  • Minimum Diploma / "A" Level Certification
  • No experience needed
