Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the manager/executive
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other documents
Organise and maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with recruitment processes: review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
Conduct preliminary interviews and support the hiring process
