Job Scope:



Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the manager/executive Prepare and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other documents Organise and maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Assist with recruitment processes: review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews Conduct preliminary interviews and support the hiring process

GCE A Levels

Local Diploma

Bachelor's Degree

in any discipline

No prior experience required

- training will be provided for suitable candidates Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an added advantage Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
