Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Secretarial/administrative support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) & Managing Director (MD) including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, managerial staff, and personal matters.
  • Minutes taking for management meetings and other meetings as assigned
  • Support travel arrangements, including expatriate staff business travelling, & related matters.
  • Ensure proper documentations for RMD /MD, urgent matters & meetings are attended.
  • Preparation of bank forms, account applications for expatriate.
  • Update RMD / MD on company events and involved in organizing events
  • Liaising with vendors and contractors for housing, vehicles, telcom, club membership’s matters etc.
  • Understand and keep any confidential information received private.
  • Run errands for RMD/MD when required
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by RMD/MD


Requirements

  • Diploma in secretarial
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as secretary or personal assistant
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good organizational and time management skills


Location : Changi

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
