Job Description

- Position Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Upper Changi)
- Working Hours: 5 days ( Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage the MD\xe2\x80\x99s diary
- Handle and manage travel and meeting arrangements
- Compile professional PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in Writing meeting reports and following up on action plans
- Assist in Marketing and promotion activities
- Assist in Corporate and business development and International projects
- Assist in Engaging in international business research activities
- Assist in Setting up joint ventures and partnerships
- Assist in Building investor and business partner relationships
- Min. Diploma in Business related
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
- Excellent command of English and Good interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to travel overseas as a business trip will be requested
