Working hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm; 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Executive Director, including business and personal matters
Maintain CEO\xe2\x80\x99s contact database and emails
Manage an active calendar of appointments and arrange internal and external meetings, including recording and disseminating minutes of meetings, corresponding, and following up with appropriate parties when needed
Act as point of contact among staff members and external associates, clients, or partners
Make travel arrangements such as booking of flights, cars, making hotel and restaurant reservations when needed
Maintain sensitive and confidential written and oral information
Any other task as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management
Excellent calendaring and scheduling skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Proficient with MS Office
