Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive secretarial, personal assistance, and administrative support to the Executive Officer and family on personal and household matters. Oversee the procurement of household items, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials. Adapt proactively to the evolving schedules and needs of the family, ensuring efficient and reliable support. Manage complex calendars with precision, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. Assist with the transportation of children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments. Uphold strict confidentiality in handling all family-related and sensitive information. Execute ad-hoc tasks and household duties as and when required.

Requirements



Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification; higher education is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, family assistant, or butler is preferred. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent, with a strong sense of initiative. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.

* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking family members, clients, and business associates.
