Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Attend to client enquiries and provide professional assistance in follow-ups and documentation. Support in preparing proposals, client files, and policy-related documents. Handle general office administration and operational coordination. Assist in the posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content and other digital marketing activities. Liaise with internal departments, partners, and clients to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

Requirements



Minimum Diploma qualification preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). A can-do attitude Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Professional, proactive, and keen to learn about the financial advisory and insurance industry. Prior administrative or client service experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.
