Key Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director. Manage schedules, appointments, flight bookings, and travel logistics. Handle confidential business documents, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and overseas partners. Support business meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items. Participate in overseas business trips and assist in translation, note-taking, and meeting coordination. Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents. Oversee certain operational and project tasks as delegated by the Director.

Requirements



Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in executive support or management assistant roles. Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) for business communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Able to travel overseas frequently and work flexible hours when required. Discreet, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently. Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 per month (based on experience) Travel allowance and accommodation covered for overseas assignments Annual leave and medical benefits per company policy * Career advancement opportunities to Assistant Director or Operations Manager positions
