Job Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the Director. Handle day-to-day office duties, including document management and general administration. Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations and coordinating various projects. Manage and organize the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and sending out reminders. Ensure effective communication and coordination between office and logistics teams for smooth operations. Monitor and follow up on material deliveries, manpower requests, and deployment arrangements. Communicate clearly and effectively with logistics staff to ensure all instructions are understood and followed.

Job Requirements:



Commitment to working a 5.5 days work week. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Accounts and HR processes is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach. Ability to handle pressure and maintain focus under tight deadlines. Commitment to working a 5.5 day workweek.detail. * Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
